Michael J. Giordano is an Associate in the Corporate Law Practice Group at Mandelbaum Barrett PC.

He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Seton Hall University and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Michael gained experience as a law clerk at Mandelbaum Barrett PC, served as an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review, and completed an internship with Panasonic Corporation of North America. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D., at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
