Ryan Buehler is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and complex business disputes.

Over the course of his career, Ryan has represented clients before the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as municipal boards. Ryan has represented commercial clients in matters involving among other issues: lease disputes, contract disputes, partnership disputes, construction lien claims, tax liens, employment disputes, land use disputes, property rights, torts and environmental law. Ryan has also represented various clients in mediations and arbitration proceedings.

Ryan earned his J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law, where he served as a Note & Comment Board Editor for the Administrative Law Review and received the Thomas O. Sargentich Outstanding Junior Staff Award.
