Julia P. Belton is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She advises businesses, professional practices, and healthcare organizations on complex transactional, regulatory, and strategic matters. Julia brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on the healthcare and professional services sectors.

Clients seek guidance from Julia on regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment issues, corporate practice of medicine, state licensure, change of ownership, and compliance with other laws and regulations. Julia routinely advises on employment and equity ownership agreements for healthcare practices and facilities, as well.

She represents a diverse array of health care clients, including dentists, dental practice groups, management service organizations, home health agencies, licensed professionals, ABA therapy providers, behavioral health providers, hospital and health systems, physicians, and physician practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Julia was a Partner at another law firm, where she advised healthcare clients on corporate and regulatory matters and supported major transactions across the provider landscape. Before entering the legal profession, she worked as a strategy consultant to leading pharmaceutical companies and executive teams, giving her a unique business‑oriented perspective that informs her legal approach.

Julia is known for her practical, responsive, and solutions-oriented style. She is committed to helping clients achieve their business objectives while navigating the regulatory and operational complexities that shape today’s corporate and healthcare environments.

She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015 and her B.S. from St. Joseph’s University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, including the New Jersey Supreme Court, the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
