Ava D. Goldberger is an Associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights & Banking and Financial Services practice groups. Ava specializes in loan transactions, workouts, and bankruptcy matters, where she represents secured creditors, borrowers, and debtors in complex financial transactions, workouts, corporate restructuring, Chapter 11, and Subchapter V cases. Ava also assists in asset-based, real estate, and middle-market loan transactions, as well as corporate acquisitions and sales.

Ava earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Emory University and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she also received a certification in Business Law. During law school, Ava interned with Judge Stacey Meisel at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
