Government investigations demand strategic insight from attorneys who understand enforcement from both sides. Samantha C. Fasanello will draw on that experience as a speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention, participating in the panel “From the Inside Out: From Prosecuting to Defending Clients in Government Investigations.”

The program will take place on May 14 from 1:15–2:45 PM in Atlantic City. Samantha will be joined by a panel of speakers with significant experience in government investigations, offering perspectives shaped by time spent on both sides of the courtroom. The session will explore how former federal and state prosecutors approach enforcement strategies, charging decisions, and negotiations, and how those insights inform defense strategies today. Panelists will also discuss the growing role of advanced AI tools in analyzing large volumes of data, identifying risk, and helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.

Attendees may earn up to 1.8 CLE credits (NJ), with additional credit eligibility in New York and Pennsylvania.
